Event Services Terms and Conditions
This document serves as the Terms and Conditions agreement between DigiMorTech Website Designers operating under the webpage Digiflectiions Photos the Service Provider and Host or Honoree as the Client for the provision of wedding event services. By signing, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following terms:

1. Services Provided
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:
- Digital Invitations for guest use and distribution
- Web-Page Hosting (complimentary for two (2) months) for sharing wedding details, photos, and guest comments
- Photo Upload Service for guest photo uploads within three (3) days of the event
- Online Registry Form for streamlined wedding gift management
- Online Guest Book for guest messages and comments
*Guest Upload Limit: Each guest may upload up to 20 photos during the designated upload period.

2. Cost and Payment Terms
- Cost per Guest: $25.00, to be paid by each guest directly upon registration.
- Guest Registration Responsibility: Each guest is responsible for registering online and paying their event fee of $25.00.
- Host/Honoree Discount: The Client will receive a complimentary package if the selected package meets the minimum requirement of 15 guests.
*Deposit Requirement:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the minimum guest cost for the package selected is required upon package selection to secure the service.
- Any additional guests who register beyond the initial package will incur the $25.00 per guest fee.

3. Photo and Video Authorization
- Photo and Video Capture Authorization: By entering into this agreement, the Client authorizes photography and videography at the event, including the sharing of these images on the website hosted by DigiMorTech Website Designers (Digiflections Photos).
- Content Moderation: DigiMorTech Website Designers (Digiflections Photos) reserves the right to monitor uploaded content and will not permit any inappropriate, explicit, or unbecoming photos or videos on the platform. Any content deemed inappropriate will be promptly removed to maintain the event's integrity and respect for all guests.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of the event, 100% of the agreed service cost will be due and non-refundable.
- Service Provider Cancellation: If the Service Provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all received payments will be issued to the Client.

5. Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
- The Service Provider is not liable for technical or internet-related disruptions affecting website hosting or the photo upload process.

6. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other significant external factors.

7. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Service Provider’s business operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
